Huber Technology, a leading supplier of waste water treatment solutions, has retained the Investors in People Gold standard. The award follows successful reaccreditation, 3 years after the company was first awarded the Gold standard, and puts the company in the top 7% of accredited organisations across the UK who believe in realising the potential of their people.

Huber Technology employs 70 people in the UK, based at its head office in Chippenham, Wiltshire and at regional centres in Rotherham, Perth and Portadown. For over 25 years the company has provided its customers with design, installation and after-sales service of its ROTAMAT range of equipment for waste water screening, handling and sludge treatment.

Investors in People is the UK's leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: "We'd like to congratulate Huber Technology on their Gold standard. Such a high level of accreditation is evidence of great people management practice, and demonstrates a commitment to staff development and shows an organisation committed to being the very best it can be. Huber Technology should be extremely proud of their achievement."

Commenting on the award, Huber Technology's Managing Director Steve Morris said "We are delighted to have retained our Gold standard in recognition of the ongoing investment we are making in the development of our people. Our customers, quite rightly, are expecting more from their supply-chain and are looking for a clear demonstration of shared values, behaviours and continual improvement and development. Achieving Gold standard is evidence that we are striving for excellence through our people and it is a credit to everyone in the company."
