NETZSCH NEMO Pump iFD Stator - Reduce Maintenance and Reduce Waste

Traditionally progressing cavity pumps have been regarded as high maintenance, high spares usage pumps.

This has been acknowledged with the development of maintenance in place designs which are really just encouragement to continue using spares. In other words, treating the symptom not curing the problem.

With the iFD stator NETZSCH has taken a huge step towards reducing stator wear. In real life applications the flexible design of the iFD stator leads to lifetimes up to 8 times longer than standard stators. Additionally, lower torque requirements lead to lower energy costs.

When a new stator is eventually required only the rubber element needs to be replaced - easier handling, lower transport costs and no throwing away costly steel tubing.

The iFD stator is now supplied as standard on over 50% of NETZSCH progressing cavity pumps and is available as a retro-fit option for many applications.

Reduce maintenance and reduce waste using the iFD stator, only from NETZSCH.
