NEW model DP764 mobile rig launched at IFAT 2016 exhibition in Munich

MSE Hiller used IFAT, the largest waste water and environmental exhibition in Europe to launch their new state of the art DP764 mobile sludge dewatering rig in Munich Germany recently.

The 45 foot trailer mounted rig uses the new Hiller model DP764 Decapress machine and offers capacities up to 130 m3/hr at g forces of up to 3,000 x g.

Fitted with a modern SEE centrifuge control system and easy to use operator HMI the unit also benefits from having a centrate optimisation camera fitted which allows the machine to be continuously optimised which can even be done over the remote monitoring link.

While the IFAT exhibition was celebrating it’s 50th year; MSE Hiller was celebrating it’s15th year in serving the UK water and waste water business.

Polymer make up and dosing is achieved via a high efficiency P&P Polymix 15000 unit which is compact and fully automatic allowing for a max capacity of up to 15,000 l/hr at 0.1 to 0.5 % concentration.

The trailer which is one of the largest of it’s kind weighs around 26 t and will be added to the fleet of hire machines later this month.
