pH Measurement in the Food Industry

The testing of pH in food products requires a variety of different probes to those generally used in liquid measurement.

WPA have introduced a range of specialist probes suitable for a variety of applications including fish, meat, cheese, treacle, jams and salad dressing with both surface and insertion versions available.
These electrodes can be used with any pH meter in the WPA range and our hand-held portable units are ergonomically designed for single handed operation.
The instruments are simple to operate in the factory, on-site or in the laboratory where the bench mounted models have an integral electrode holder for greater ease of use.
Large clear digital displays allow both the hand-held and bench mounted models to simultaneously show pH and temperature values.
