Naylor Concrete products are available on BIM

We are pleased to announce that the entire range of Naylor Concrete products are listed on the BIM Library.

BIM (Building Information Modeling) has made big changes to how buildings, infrastructure, and utilities are planned, designed, built and managed thanks to the dynamic and informative 3D images that are created of buildings.

BIM offers various benefits such; as collaborative working and operational efficiency but also helps get the right information to the right person when they need it reducing delays making them more competitive.

BIM files are available for our entire Naylor Concrete Lintels range which is great news for our clients. The BIM objects are available in REVIT, CIVIL 3D and IFC formats incorporating non-graphic information, in neutral COBie format providing the necessary performance, installation and maintenance details that are required for intelligent application from concept through to completion.

"This is a fantastic opportunity for us to share high quality information across the industry, providing a quick and easy 'drop- in' of downloadable models with full supporting intelligent data." said Helen MacIntosh, MD of Naylor Concrete. "We are encouraged by the amount of interest we have already seen since registering on BIM. By featuring on the BIM Library we are confident that this will enable greater collaboration across the industry."
