Interlocking with your security and fire alarm systems enables additional savings whilst providing useful extra operational information to the remote monitoring centre. We can also offer various optional application options and services, which are outlined below.
Optional features and services
Refrigeration Monitoring Many sites such as restaurants and hotels have refrigeration cabinets or cold stores which cause major loss and disruption to operations when they fail, due to per outages or equipment failure. Alarming of such units can avoid significant costs, and monitoring of cold room door status can also achieve energy savings too.
Air quality control In order to reduce energy costs ventilation rates in buildings are being reduced, but in some cases this can create air quality problems, so demand based ventilation is increasingly popular. We can monitor occupancy and CO2 levels and control fans and/or dampers to ensure indoor air quality is maintained at acceptable levels.
Fuel tank monitoring On many sites oil stored away from the building, so being able to wirelessly monitor the fuel tank level provides early warning of a shortage, enabling more efficient re-ordering. We can also offer a service to refer low level alarms direct to suppliers when required.
