M&N's unique HIFLOW Screenings Removal Tank provides temporary support during inlet works refurbishment or screen failure.

When screening resources fail or there is a need to upgrade an inlet works infrastructure, downtime is not only detrimental to operational efficiency but can lead to unnecessary customer dissatisfaction. Either way, it's a scenario that can be avoided thanks to the engineers at M&N Electrical & Mechanical Services Ltd.

The HIFLOW Screenings Removal Tank is one of the M&N Hire department's key assets, available to customers looking to maintain operational reliability when unexpected screen failures occur or the need to refurbish an inlet works arises.

This fully transportable, temporary screening solution is capable of handling wastewater flow rates of up to 1500 litres/sec and features a large capacity screening tank incorporating a vertical band screen, Kuhn GmbH wash press and independent control panel with GSM telemetry capabilities. With screenings to 6mm 2D and a screenings capacity of up to 12m3/hr the HIFLOW Screenings Removal Tank is well placed to meet the operational requirements of the most demanding environment.

Four 450mm diameter inlets and accompanying 600mm diameter outlets handle the wastewater flow to and from the unit, which utilises a screw auger to dewater and compress screenings before they are finally fed into a skip for easy removal from site.

M&N's HIFLOW Screening Removal Tank is part of the company's extensive hire fleet, incorporating a wide range of applications that can be rapidly deployed throughout the UK. Every aspect of its transport, fitting and maintenance is handled directly by M&N and bespoke adjustments to screening dimensions can be accommodated to meet individual site specifications.
