First MCERTS certificate for wastewater samplers goes to Aquamatic

Aquamatic has become the very first wastewater sampler manufacturer in the UK to receive a coveted Environment Agency Monitoring Certification Scheme MCERTS certificate from SIRA Certification Service (SCS).

This latest 'first' for Aquamatic follows its previous achievement of becoming the first ever company to gain E-32 compliance for a portable wastewater sampler, the Automatic Sampling Equipment specification for the Urban Wastewater Treatment Directive.

Based on ISO and EN standards for monitoring and equipment testing, inspection, product certification and personnel competency, MCERTS effectively replaces the E-32 benchmark.

Assuring users that its wastewater samplers meet stringent performance standards set out in current international standards and the growing requirements of EC Directives, Aquamatic's MCERTS certificate was presented to the company at the recent WWEM (Water, Wastewater and Environmental Monitoring) Exhibition.
