Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View basket" and proceed to the checkout.

We accept credit or debit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as most debit cards.

Delivery Schedule

For magazine subscriptions, you will receive the next issue of the magazine(s) following the date of your subscription.

For books and reports where FHG acts as a sales agent for the original publisher, the original publisher will be responsible for delivery and their terms and conditions will be specified individually for each relevant item.

Tax Charges

Magazine subscriptions and books are not subject to VAT

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Faversham House Group Ltd does not store unencrypted credit card details.

For books and reports where FHG acts as a sales agent for the original publisher, the refunds and returns policy will be specified individually for each item.

Magazines

All subscriptions to magazines published by Faversham House Group Ltd, may be cancelled at any time. You will be refunded pro rata for any issues not yet sent out upon receipt of your written notice of cancellation, minus a £10 administration fee.
