LESNI continues to improve their "state of the art" balancer & catalytic abator solution for treating all ethylene oxide toxic vent emissions from the sterilisation process of medical devices.
ODS Abatement, Fridge Recycling - Destruction of CFC & Pentane
LESNI combined CFC recovery plant provides the ultimate solution for "WEEE" and the treatment of Ozone depleting substances generated from defragmantation and recycling process of fridge freezers to the highest levels of recovery that any other technology can provide.
Furthermore, the well proven technology currently offers the only complete solution for the safe conversion of "ODS" controlled substances like R11, R12, and other refrigerants; as well as other hydrocarbon refrigerants such as Pentane, IsoButene that are used in modern fridges.

The regenerative thermal oxidiser system developed here demonstrate innovative approach to treat waste gas from sludge drying, pet food and animal feed byproduct, or fish and meat rendering applications.
The final result is a clean and pure air from the processing plants with no further odours emanating from the buildings or the process, whilst reducing running cost and eliminating secondary waste effluents.
Soot trap catalytic filters
Genset exhaust is creating a major environmental concern with toxic fumes and soot generated at random depending on the age and model of the diesel genset.
The purposely constructed catalytic soot trap abator was developed for use on Stationary Genset Diesel Engines up to 3 MW where sulphur content in the fuel could be as high as 350 PPM.
