Consultant's reports should be more universal's 2010/11 Consultancy Survey has revealed a need for reports to become more universal.

Data, taken from interviews with hundreds of consultancy customers, highlights a lot of confusion when people try to compare reports from different firms together.

The majority of respondents when asked 'Is there anything you would like your existing consultancy suppliers to do differently or better?' cited a lack of concise communications across the consultancy world.

While the cost of reports was also a popular moan with people in 2010/11, some respondents even went as far as calling for a body to oversee a standardisation of consultancy reports.
