Hewlett Packard vows to cut emissions

News in Brief

Hewlett Packard, has teamed up with the WWF to draw up a programme which will help the IT manufacturer cut its CO2 emissions by 15% over the next four years.

Most of the carbon savings are expected to come from energy efficiency measures.

The self-imposed carbon targets are part of HP's wider CSR strategy, which includes working with WWF US on an educational programme designed to highlight best practice in addressing climate change.
