The show, which gets underway in Phoenix, Arizona, in the United States tomorrow (November 11), will feature appearances from former vice president and green campaigner Al Gore and nine-time Grammy winning singer Sheryl Crow.
The event which runs until Friday (November 13) will also be available around the world via its website which can be found here.
A spokesman said: “Greenbuild 2009 will be hosted in Phoenix, Arizona, the fifth largest city in the country, and a thriving capital in the heart of the American Southwest.
“Phoenix’s unique environmental and social characteristics speak to the diversity of the United States and the imperative of Greenbuild 2009.
“Green building can and must come home to all people, boosting the quality of life across the country and around the world.”
