IWEX plays host to Water UK forum

On 20 October at 10am the Forum, whose membership includes representatives from water companies across the UK as well as major consultants and suppliers, will hold a one-hour debate focusing on encouraging innovation in the water sector.

With representation from the DTI’s Environmental Innovation Advisory Group, major water companies, asset specialists AMT-SYBEX and engineering and software experts Crowder Consulting, the debate will explore a number of themes central to the sector’s asset and procurement policies:

· Supply chain / stakeholder engagement

· Collaboration and knowledge sharing

· Investment in people

· Incentivising innovation

Attendees are welcome to join the debate – simply go along to Theatre 1 at 10 am.

Underscoring the emphasis on innovation, IWEX will also feature a special, new Product Demonstration Theatre. Here an array of companies ranging from Envitech, TT UK, Vogelsang, Salamander and Kee, through to ABB, Prisma, Contazara, and Grippsure and will showcase some of the hot new technologies set to transform the sector.
