Now in their 10th year, these distinguished awards will take place on the evening of Wednesday, 25 January 2017, coinciding with the two-day Sustainability Leaders Forum – edie’s flagship annual conference in London.

Given the immense popularity of last year’s ceremony, the Sustainability Leaders Awards have also now moved to an impressive new home – the London Hilton on Park Lane.

“The Sustainability Leaders Awards is back, bigger and better than ever,” said edie’s content director Will Parsons. “I’m incredibly proud of this event – the opportunity to recognise all of the genuine innovation and inspiration in the green business space is always a highlight of the year.

“With a new home and new categories, I can’t wait to see the new entries and ultimately the new Sustainability Leaders of 2017.”

The categories

The 2017 Sustainability Leaders Awards has 15 categories to choose from, each judged by our hand-picked, esteemed panel of experts (full list of judges to be confirmed).

Sitting alongside well-established category favourites – such as the all-important Sustainability Leader, Sustainable Business of the Year and Sustainability Reporting awards – a host of new categories, including the CSR, Charity or Community Initiative and the Consultancy of the Year awards, have been added.

The Energy Manager of the Year award has also been incorporated to the 2017 Sustainability Leaders Awards, which will be managed by the Energy Institute. All 15 categories continue to focus on specific aspects of sustainability and the environmental and the business improvements they drive.
