Serving 38,800 homes every week across Rugby, the Powerlinks will be used for green waste, recyclable waste and normal refuse. The Powerlink features a full-cycle compaction mechanism, which claims to produce less friction than conventional channelled compaction systems ensuring that a greater force is directed into the load.

Additionally a newly designed hydraulic system offers reduced downtime, lower maintenance costs and less risk of environmental pollution.
