Valeswood finance director Graham Smith and marketing director Angela Smith recently visited Professor He Yulin at Chongqing University as part of our important cooperation agreement with their prestigious Department of Mechanical Engineering. Ride a Hydrogen Bike! Get on your hydrogen electric bike powered by a Hydrocell from Valeswood. You can see and order it at NEMEX Birmingham in May or via our website. This unique EU compliant hydrogen bike is great fun to ride and you do not need insurance or a driving licence. When you are tired of pedalling just let Hydrocell do the work for you. There are lots of different models to suit all tastes and ages. Hydrocell - Tomorrow's Power Today! At Valeswood the dream of hydrogen power tomorrow has become a reality today. Hydrocell is a unique new lightweight, rechargeable hydrogen fuel cell with an internal metal hydride store. It runs both on standard commercial grade hydrogen gas which is inexpensive and easily available and also on environmentally friendly green hydrogen. The hydrogen mixes with oxygen from the atmosphere to create electricity and a small amount of water vapour. Hydrocell is very easy to fill and use. It operates at room temperature and is completely safe for use in situations where you need electric power or a battery at home, at work or on holiday. Easily carried and robust it is excellent for use in a wide variety of conditions. This long-life power unit can be used in many remote and mobile locations where it will out-perform traditional batteries. Hydrocell has a wide range of uses at work or at home. It can be used as a power source for electrical equipment just like a traditional battery or mains electricity supply. It is currently available in three different sizes which produce between 14 to 56 volts on their own or up to 220 volts when used as part of a Valeswood power pack. Hydrocell can be used to power personal transport such as electric motor scooters, powered bicycles, buggies and small boats, When it is used with an additional portable hydrogen store it can be used as an independent energy source for a long period. This can greatly extend the range and endurance of these products without ever having to recharge with mains electricity. Hydrocell is very suitable for use with high-tech commercial devices such as remote monitoring equipment and outdoor electronic displays. In the office it is ideal for use with personal computers and telephones. At home Hydrocell can be used to power all manner of electric devices such as TVs, radios, irons, kettles etc. Further details of Hydrocell are available from the Valeswood website.
