You can watch the first broadcast by clicking on the icon below.

The online TV highlights the biggest news of the past month and this first broadcast features a special report from the Awards for Environmental Excellence.

It also features a special look at the recent changes to the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) and the confusion that continues to surround the legislation.

The report also looks at flooding in Cornwall and wonders if the coalition Government’s recent Comprehensive Spending Review (CSR) decision to cut flood defence spending will impact on the future.

It also looks at a report from Health and Safety Executive (HSE) which highlights the worrying fact that people working in the waste and recycling industry are four time more likely to be killed or injured than people in other similar occupations.

There is also a report from edie’s Sustainability Leaders Forum which highlighted the good work of individuals in the green section.

And finally, we report on Leicestershire business that allowed oil to pour into local waterways and covered two swans and several ducks in black gunge.

However, there was a happy ending as the firm was fined and the birds recovered.
