In addition, Helistrat, a contract management and consultancy company, has been awarded a new deal to provide contract cleaning and pest control services to Ann Summers at the company’s 100,000 sq ft head office and distribution centre in Surrey.

Helistrat provides recycling and waste services to Ann Summers’ head office and 142 of its stores across the UK and Ireland.

The processes introduced at head office Gold Group House has ensured that no waste generated at the site is sent to landfill.

Helistrat business development director Harvey Laud said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract and to be broadening the range of services we provide to Ann Summers.

“Over the three years that we have been working with Ann Summers, we have developed a healthy mutual collaboration and have been empowered to develop processes that are relevant and appropriate for our customer. I am confident that the reliability, responsiveness and proactivity that we continue to provide Ann Summers will ensure that the mutual benefits will continue to be enjoyed by both companies.

“There is a valuable synergy to be exploited between the recycling services and the other FM services that Helistrat is being awarded and our ability to deliver process efficiency will mean we are able to provide an improved integrated service to Ann Summers.”

Ann Summers facilities manager Andrew Porter added: “Since starting work with Helistrat in 2011 we have developed a constructive and positive relationship, which has resulted in a service designed to fit our
business.”
