BEX, is part the free environmental show sustainabilitylive! at Birmingham’s NEC from April 20 to 22, and focuses on contaminated land.

Delegates will hear from Ground-Gas Solutions (GGS) managing director, Simon Talbot, on gas work.

GGS, who provide ground-gas monitoring, interpretation and risk assessment, will be offering an insight into their business.

Mr Talbot, who works with a number of local authorities, will talk about how high quality data can provide significant time and cost benefits to developers, landowners and landfill operators.

Mr Talbot, a graduate geologist with an MSc in engineering geology, says conventional monitoring can take months.

He founded GGS last year and will be sharing his wide and varied experiences at the show.

Mr Talbot will speak at the BEX theatre between 2.30pm and 3.10pm on Wednesday (April 21).
