Products / Services ABB is playing a key role in an innovative three-year project aimed at developing new technologies for gathering and utilising real time information on water leakage. Called Project Neptune, the project uses software developed by leading UK universities to analyse and detect leakage and bursts in wa ABB helped Welsh based United Utilities Operational Services (UUOS) keep thousands of Welsh homes supplied with water by quickly delivering one of its I/P converters to replace a faulty unit. The ability to better manage water supplies is becoming increasingly important as demand for water continues to escalate.
