We are proud to announce that as of November 18th 2009 we have been assessed and approved to the above Quality Management Standards jointly for both of our companies.
A copy of these Certificates are attached for your reference and retention.
In achieving these standards we are convinced that it will only enhance the quality of service being offered to all of our existing customers and enable us to promote these services to other companies who require disposal and recycling of similar wastes.
We have taken this opportunity of attaching a list of a typical range of waste streams that we collect and recycle or dispose of from our many customers.

Typical Wastes That We Can Take For Disposal/Recycling
Fluorescent tubes - Recycled by our sister company,

Mercury, Sodium & Metal Halide Discharge Lamps - As above
Energy Saving Lamps, Compact Fluorescents - As above
Lead Acid - Fully Recycled
NiCad - Fully Recycled
Mercury - Fully Recycled
Lithium - Ion Recycled, Lithium Thionyl Chloride incinerated.
Computer Monitors - Fully recycled
All Electronic Equipment - Fully recycled
TV's, Washing Machines, Microwaves and all other electrical & electronic equipment
Mineral Oil - Fully Recycled
Synthetic Oil - Disposed of at an incinerator
Flammable solvents - Used as Secondary Fuel, normally at a Cement kiln.
Chlorinated/ Halongenated Solvents - Disposal by incineration or can be recycled at a premium cost.
Acids & Alkaline
Sent for chemical treatment as required by the regulations.
Chemicals, Other Than Acid & Alkaline
Agricultural chemicals - Disposed of, some incinerated
Toxic chemicals - Disposed of at a treatment plant
Corrosive Chemicals - Disposed of at a treatment plant
Oxidising Chemicals - Normally incinerated, depending on strength
Fridges & Freezers - Removed to our licenced site awaiting transportation to a WEEE recycling plant.
Some types of paints can be recycled, the remainder are bulked up and used as a secondary fuel at Cement Kilns
Normally incinerated, generally as fuel for Cement Kilns
With the exception of foam, gel or Isocyanate contents these can be recycled.
Method Statements for all of the above services are available on request as are audit packs and recycling or disposal certificates. If the final destination for any of the above make a charge for a certificate we pass this on, if the waste is destined for our Waste Transfer Station there is no charge for the certificate.
This is by no means an exhaustive list and should you have a waste that is difficult to dispose of we can probably help you, we have a large range of disposal/recycling facilities that we use and at least one of them will probably be able to assist us.
