Our Packaged Plant Solution
Our proposed solution using the Packaged Pre-Treatment Plants and Packaged Biological Treatment Plants as well as Containerised Sludge Dewatering Plants offer unique advantages and significant savings to the overall cost of your particular Wastewater Treatment Installation.
The pretreatment packaged plant incorporates in a single "compact" system all major primary treatment steps, such as:
a). Fine screening and compacting of the solids.
b). Grit and sand sedimentation inclusive the removal, dewatering and discharge into a commercial waste bin.
c) Grease, Oil-fat collection -floatation, skimming and removal to a suitable discharge point.
The pre-treatment plant requires NO tanks and NO extensive civil construction and occupies significantly less space. It is also full enclosed eliminating odours and sprays. The main savings compared with conventional design are:
d). Civil constructions (large tanks).
e). Access platforms and hand railing.
f). Tank covers.
g). Sand & grit extraction devices or cleaning - emptying procedures for the concrete sedimentation tanks.
h). Much fewer pipes and piping connections.
i). Fewer pipe bends and valves, therefore fewer points of blockage.
The Packaged "BioPlant" offer the following advantages and savings:

b).Less plan area (up to 5 times less area).
c).Fully independent treatment lines with separate equipment and controls.
d).Virtually NO civil constructions.

h).Modular arrangement. The installation can increase its capacity easily by adding more modules (packaged plants) operated in parallel.
i).Include excess-waste sludge discharge pump then you can pump directly to any sludge dewatering facility.
j).Treated effluent quality achieves EU 91/271. Tertiary (polishing) treatment can be easily added using gravity or pressure filters.
k).All equipment is placed inside an enclosed and manageable machine room incorporated in each package, and offering 'state of the art' PLC control with touch screen panel and mimic diagram.
The Containerised Sludge Dewatering Plant (CSDP) offers the following advantages and savings:
