Reclaim Resources have devloped a world beating system for processing waste without incineration or autoclaves. The waste feed is continuous and the recycling is automatic enabling black sack waste to be treated with an end result of processed fibre which will give a high return of energy once converted into bio ethanol.
A pilot plant capable of handling over 10 tonnes per hour is now operational in the UK and visit's can be made by appointment.
The process is a fraction of the cost of a incinerator plant and can produce for example 36 million litres per year of bio ethanol from 120,000 tonnes of processed waste- at a current price of nearly 0.50 a litre, a very profitable green business.
