Established in 1989 in Izmir / TURKEY , eksan started importing Road Cleaning Machines from Europe. As the need of performance was higher in some countries compare to the roads in Europe, the power of the machines imported was insufficient. After experiencing a range of international environment, EKSAN has decided to produce its own sweepers in order to be able to give the ultimate sweeping solutions to its Customers.
To drive at this oriented goal, EKSAN produced its first machine in 1997, a mechanical road sweeping machine towed by a tractor. And the series production of HAMARAT started at June 1997. And from that date till nowadays there are more than 800 HAMARAT sweeper machines produced and sold in public and private sectors.
