Don't miss out on the upcoming 'Energy Landscape - 2017 and Beyond' breakfast seminar, being held in Manchester on Tuesday 6 June. Only a few spaces remain and registration for the event will close on Friday 2 June.
The seminar, hosted by Powerstar, is free to attend at the HSBC UK National Cycling Centre in Manchester, which boasts free parking, public transport links and city centre access.
The session will discuss the current energy landscape and assess the limitations of the energy infrastructure in the UK. It will highlight how the future energy landscape must transition into a smart energy, low carbon economy driven by energy storage, Demand Side response (DSR), renewable integration and smart networks to help reduce the cost of our future ‘green’ energy economy, ensuring businesses electricity bills are lower and supply is secure.
Presented by Dr Alex Mardapittas, managing director and founder of Powerstar, the seminar will offer those in attendance in-depth knowledge surrounding the energy management solutions available, along with their benefits, including: avoiding costly infrastructure upgrades, ensuring supply resilience through UPS, contributions to ‘green’ consumption, additional revenue opportunities, and available improvements in efficiencies.
During the seminar, Alex will provide insight into the growing demand for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging and the constraints on the rate of adoption needed to support a low-carbon economy.
