Modern Slavery Act: Survey & Event

The most recent figures estimate that globally there are over 40 million victims of slavery and within that 16 million are victims of labour exploitation. The Modern Slavery Act was the UK's response to this growing problem.

Modern Slavery Act: Survey & Event

However, whilst there is an increased awareness about the issues of Modern Slavery and what it means, there is still a lack of knowledge and understanding on what steps organisations should take in combatting slavery within their own organisation and supply chains.
To that end, we would like to ask you to take this short Survey to help understand the current situation with respect to the implementation of actions and measures to address the Modern Slavery Act.
By way of a thank-you we are offering the first 10 respondents a reduced price ticket to the Modern Slavery 4 Construction Seminar on 18th October in London.  This is a great opportunity for organisations in the construction value chain to understand what is being done to tackle the threat of modern slavery.  Tickets from us are £150 + VAT each, reduced from the standard price of £495 + VAT bought directly from BRE.
