Paul's "New Life" Barn Drained By Clearwater

One of the projects being filmed for the television series "Build a New Life", is the conversion of an apple barn in the pretty Cambridgeshire village of Upwell into a four -bedroom chalet bungalow which will be home to Paul Fitzpatrick, his wife and two children. The barn, once entirely of wood, was rebuilt in brick in the 1950s but retains many original features including the roof, which was jacked up during the work and then replaced.
