The third consultation on the development of the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) scheme end tomorrow (June 3).
The Department of Energy and Climate Change’s head of branch CRC, Jane Dennett-Thorpe, whoconference in London.
CRC is scheduled to come into effect in April 2010, it is a is a cap and trade scheme which aims to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from large non-energy intensive organisations in both the public and the private sector.
