In today’s episode…

Sarah visits an evening event hosted by Nando’s to discuss first steps in becoming a climate activist with anti-racism educator and social activist Angel Arutura and Mark James, the co-founder of Earthtopia – a TikTok community of 182,000 people.

Then, as Youth and Empowerment day rolls into action, Matt tries and fails to blend in with a youthful crowd at the Fridays For Future Climate Strike in Glasgow. During the march, Matt catches up with Crista Buznea, Head of Marketing at Ecologi, and an edie 30 under 30 alumni. Buznea is on hand to discuss how businesses can take the messages issued at the Climate Strikes and translate them into sustainable action.

Finally, Matt drops by a café near the Blue Zone to catch-up with Ezgi Barcenas, chief sustainability officer at Anheuser-Busch InBev to ask her how businesses and sustainability professionals can cut through the noise at COP26 to empower people, staff and communities to improve societal and planetary prosperity.
