Last year, edie.net effectively came second in the category at the AOP Awards, receiving a special mention.

Now the 2009 shortlists have been released by the Association of Online Publishers (AOP) and once again, edie features.

Competition is fierce this year, but we’re optimistic that a number of innovations and improvements to the edie site over the past year put us in a strong position.

Last year we tried to sway the judges by asking you, our readers, to tell them how useful you find the site.

We’re asking for your support again so if you’ve got a couple of minutes free to help us out, follow this link and make a comment on the judge’s edie profile.

Thanks in advance for all those who have nice things to say about us.
