edie Live 2016: Last chance to register before the show doors open!
Thousands of energy managers, sustainability professionals and resource efficiency experts are set to descend upon the NEC Birmingham on Tuesday (17 May) for the first day of the edie Live 2016 exhibition.
More than 120 industry experts will be involved in 33 sessions across the two-day exhibition, as the UK’s leading event for sustainability and environmental professionals is ready to offer visitors a host of new features, networking events and high-level keynote stage.
The edie Live 2016 exhibition and conference will feature three practical, CPD-accredited seminar theatres based on the key industry themes of energy efficiency, onsite solutions and resource efficiency. Seminar session titles include ‘Putting the O in ESOS’, ‘Next generation: leading the way in onsite renewables’, and ‘Making waste fashionable’.
Running alongside these seminars will be a free, strategic edie Leaders theatre, helping delegates understand the broader risks and opportunities for driving profit, innovation and brand value through sustainability leadership. Leaders theatre session titles include ‘Inside the mind of the finance director’ and ‘Making it happen: first steps to a new business model’.
Meanwhile, 10 potentially ground-breaking and commercially viable green innovations – all aimed at tackling sustainability head on – are bidding for the chance to win a £6,000 support package through the Innovation Zone. The Innovation Zone winner will be announced at the end of the first day (17 May).

“The show will cover three imperatives of the industry: bottom line, compliance and reputation. It’s about driving organisations or businesses to look for higher profits in a sustainable manner, complying with legislative demands and ensuring that their reputation is protected.”
