edie’s Mission Possible campaign evolves with launch of dedicated Plastics Hub microsite
edie's Plastics Hub a content-driven campaign that will support sustainability and resource efficiency professionals on our collective mission to eliminate single-use plastics - has a new home on the Mission Possible microsite.
edie will continue to add valuable news articles
Launched in January 2019, the Mission Possible Plastics Hub acts as the go-to webpage for insight, information and inspiration for businesses seeking to combat the issues of single-use plastics within their operations and across their value chains.
The launch of the Hub saw must-see webinars, engaging podcasts and exclusive interviews set the tone for the type of content that would be hosted on edie. Now, the Plastics Hub has its own dedicated page on edie’s Mission Possible microsite.
Alongside engaging interviews, the Plastics Hub is encouraging sustainability professionals to submit new commitments to tackle plastic pollution on the Mission Possible Pledge Wall.
If your company has an existing plastics commitment, or if you’re planning a new commitment over the coming months, you can showcase it on the Mission Possible Pledge Wall.
To mark the launch of the new microsite, edie has published an in-depth exploration of Procter & Gamble’s ongoing plastics packaging strategy, which features exclusive insight from principal scientist and packaging technologist, Gian De Belder, as the company pushes to make all packaging is 100% recyclable or reusable by 2030.
edie has already reached out to some of the major businesses that made commitments in 2018 to find out what achievements and progress have been made so far. Featuring exclusive updates from the likes of Sky and Unilever, the Mission Possible Plastics Hub now features detailed information on the plastic reductions that have been made by businesses to date.
