Environmental Case Law Summary, November 06

This month we see an interesting ruling allowing Ireland to charge the public to comment on planning applications, Portuguese plans to build a motorway through an ecologically sensitive area criticised for being environmentally unacceptable and confusion over who is responsible for implementing EU law on semi-autonomous Finnish islands.
