The brochures are being issued as part of an EPA program to help consumers reduce dietary exposure to pesticide residues.
The website provides specific information on how the EPA regulates pesticides, organic farming practices, pesticide residue limits and the health problems associated with pesticides.
Copies of the brochure are being distributed to more than 40,000 grocery stores throughout the US.
