Nigel has over 27 years experience as a civil engineer and has previously worked on projects for the local authorities, the Highways Agency, the Environment Agency and developers.

Office manager Geoff Keenan said: “Nigel’s skills complement those within the office and across the wider company.

“Over the last few months we have built a specialist hydrological and hydrogeological team in Exeter which is currently working on a number of projects in Devon, including investigating the flood regime of the River Lowman, in Tiverton.

“And this is just the start; while SLR is able to offer clients a whole range of environmental services, the aim is to build a multi-disciplinary office in Exeter that is able to locally offer a wide range of capabilities.”

Prior to joining SLR Nigel worked for Clarke Bond where he was tasked with managing infrastructure and hydrological engineering and development planning projects in the South West so is ideally suited to developing and expanding our existing client base in this area.”

SLR Consulting is a growing environmental consultancy with over 700 employees working from 22 offices in the UK and Ireland and 26 offices in USA and Canada.
