CO2 Emissions from New Passenger Cars

The European Court of Justice has held that Luxembourg failed in its obligations under Directive 1999/94/EC on consumer information on fuel economy and CO2 emissions in respect of new passenger cars.

In failing to submit to the Commission the report on implementation of the Directive required by Article 9, Luxembourg failed in its obligations under the Directive.
