Renewables Obligation amended in Scotland

Amendments have been made to make the Renewables Obligation Scotland (ROS) a more effective tool to encourage clean energy generation.

They also pave the way to remove microrenewables from the ROS scheme as they will be covered by the Feed in Tariff (FIT) instead.
