Money does grow on trees

Investors looking to make a profit from the latest environmental technology are putting their cash into trees.

Finland’s forests are proving to be a key ground for the cash-conscience post crash investor, which is good news for environmentalists.

Petri Kuusisto senior partner at Dasos Capital, who’s also an advisor to Dasos Timberland, who pointed out money really ‘does grow on trees’.

Mr Kuusisto’s Global Forestry fund focuses on Europe and certain emerging markets who invest in the managed woodlands.

He was speaking at the seminar investing in environmental funds at the offices of Norton Rose in central London.

Mr Kuusisto explain in the video below how it works.
