TENDER NOTICE: Open Call to Fund Research Projects Which Will Deliver a Reduction in Household Waste Originating From the Retail Sector

WRAP (the Waste & Resources Action Programme) invites proposals for research projects which offer a direct and significant impact upon minimising household food and packaging waste originating from the retail sector. This research will form part of the work programme for WRAP's Waste Minimisation Innovation Fund.


Project activities eligible for financial support may include a range of research and development work; prototyping; pilots and trials; consumer testing; innovation in product design and packaging; product dispensing systems; sales and distribution channels and other appropriate fields that will deliver a direct and significant reduction in household food and packaging waste originating from a purchase from the retail sector. WRAP will fund up to 50% of the eligible project costs of successful applications.
