Broadcast live from edie Live 2018 in Birmingham, the Mission Possible sofa interviews offer up an array of the energy and sustainability industry’s leading lights to delve deep into some of the hottest industry topics – from onsite solutions and low-carbon vehicles through to green policy and the circular economy. 

Episode one saw Surfdome’s Adam Hall and A Plastic Planet’s Henri Allen discuss the plight of plastics pollution, while episode two saw Futerra’s Solitaire Townsend and the ICRS’s Anita Longley discuss the sustainability leaders of the future.

In episode three, edie's Luke Nicholls welcomes E.ON’s chief executive Michael Lewis discuss what energy innovation can do to unlock future sustainability opportunities.

The 10-minute chat sees Lewis discuss E.ON’s move away from traditional energy sources to capture new opportunities in a low-carbon market. Later on in the video, the chief executive provides his thoughts on the “million dollar” question on the role of battery storage in the new energy mix.
