Net-Zero Week was a themed week of editorial content and events dedicated to informing, inspiring and empowering sustainability and energy professionals on the road to a net-zero carbon future for their business, featuring three afternoons of online sessions which are available to watch on-demand.

Sessions across all three days are available to watch on-demand for those who have registered 

With the vast majority of edie’s audience now working remotely, and many placed on furlough, due to the Coronavirus outbreak – this collection of free webinars will give you the information and inspiration you need to steer your organisation to sustainability success, from the comfort of your own home.

The first set of sessions saw registrants gain access to three live and interactive webinar sessions which took place on Tuesday 19 May 2020, focusing on “business leadership in the 2020s”. These sessions include a high-level panel debate (1pm–1.45pm); a selection of standout sustainable business case studies (2pm–3pm); and a 45-minute masterclass on becoming an effective sustainability leader (3.15pm–4pm). Companies including L’Oreal, Microsoft, RBS and OVO Energy are all taking part.

Then, on Wednesday 20 May, representatives from organisations including Skanska, UPS, Buro Happold and the former DECC minister Lord Barker appeared across three sessions focused on net-zero carbon and energy.

Finally, the Circular Economy Inspiration Sessions offered up an afternoon of live, interactive webinar presentations and discussions – all dedicated to minimising waste and moving towards a regenerative economy. Speakers from Hubbub, Canary Wharf Group and Resources Future all presented during the afternoon of sessions.
