Ian Simm, CEO of Impax said: “I welcome Victor and Caroline to the team. Their combined experience will be valuable to Impax’s marketing and business development as well as maintaining our lead as the UK’s most experienced environmental investor.”

“Despite the economic slowdown, 2009 is shaping up to be a crucial year for global environmental policy which should encourage further investment in the sector. Strong legislative drivers coupled with a diversified focus continue to influence Impax’s investment approach, ensuring investors gain good exposure to long term secular growth.”
