AMP 4 is a key milestone in the water industry, defining the huge investment requirements for the industry over the next 5 years. With directives forming a key driver for this investment, the process of going from Directive to Delivery of solutions is complex and has major consequences for all stakeholders. Sarah Thomas, Masons will give the Keynote Speech at this high profile London conference on Wednesday, 8th December, 2004 and will be joined by Daniel Instone, Defra; Yvette de Garis, Thames Water and Peter Childs, Southern Water.

The conference will provide a forum to explore the practicalities of the implementation of particular directives and their impact on the water sector and its stakeholders, within the context of AMP 4. It will offer the opportunity to hear and question leading industry professionals on a range of issues surrounding the implementation of directives at strategic level and their impact on associated water company assets.

The conference will be chaired by Dr Peter Spillett, Thames Water and other speakers will include Simon Clarke, Entec UK; Dave Chapman, Northumbrian Water; Tony Warn, Environment Agency and Alan Chaplin, Entec UK.
