New appointments at JRP Solutions at end of strong financial year

Last updated: 22nd April 2021

JRP Solutions have appointed two new members of staff to support delivery of its energy and sustainability services. “We are delighted to announce these appointments at the end of a strong financial year,” states Jes Rutter, Managing Director. “Although sales have been slower coming forward in this turbulent year, our pipeline is stronger than ever, and we feel very confident about the future.”

Simon Matthews joins JRP as Principal Consultant. He has more than 30 years’ experience working for organisations providing energy consultancy and facilities management solutions. Simon has a wide-ranging experience of delivering FM, energy services or ESCo related contracts where operational, energy consumption and modelling was critical to the performance and payment mechanism of the contract.

Most recently Simon has managed energy and energy service-related projects including carbon strategies, renewable solutions, heat networks, low carbon heating, heat pump, smart and micro grids, and local energy systems.

Connie Heathfield impressed everyone at JRP with her enthusiasm and knowledge when she worked as an intern in 2020 and it is now a great pleasure to confirm her appointment in a permanent position as Graduate Trainee.

Connie graduated from Reading University with a BSc Honours degree in Psychology and is currently completing a Masters in Global Sustainability Solutions with Exeter University. Connie’s experience with psychology and environmental science has given her an enthusiasm for working to bridge the gap between people and technology when it comes to environmental solutions. She believes that developing best sustainable practice requires holistic, dynamic and creative strategies that combine organisational, environmental and employee needs.

“I am delighted to welcome both Connie and Simon to our team. Their individual skills and experience will be invaluable in continuing to deliver a high level of quality service to our clients as we continue to grow,” added Jes.
