My gift would be an Energy Behaviour Change Programme to every organisation – it is estimated that over 50% of total energy savings possible could be achieved through behaviour change and we all urgently need to be doing more! More info.

I’d give every organisation in the country a Cost of Inaction Analysis. The cost of not delivering energy improvement projects goes way beyond the obvious. The cost of doing nothing ignores:
- The stresses to the business caused by rising energy prices.
- Increased costs associated with production growth.
- The fact that any money saved could be turned to profit or used to invest elsewhere in the business.
- The social gains of reduced the environmental impact.
