Port admits guilt in oil spill disaster

Milford Haven Port Authority has admitted causing widespread pollution in the Sea Empress oil tanker disaster three years ago. The Authority pleaded guilty to the offence at criminal proceedings at Cardiff Crown Court on Tuesday January 12.
