Radium found in New Jersey water

Federal data is expected to show that radium levels in New Jersey drinking water are approximately 160 per cent higher than was known.


Tests have revealed the presence of Radium-224 in an aquifer serving 1.2 million people. This is the first time Radium-224 has been found in drinking water, reports The Record Online.
