In the aftermath of the recent 1.5C report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), it is clear that new ideas are needed if we are to avoid the fast-approaching and irreversible ‘climate turning point’.

That’s what the new series of SPARK! reports is all about – sparking new ideas among energy managers and practitioners; and helping them turn those ideas into actions in a way that makes sustainable energy generation and consumption a strategic business priority.

There will be five free-to-download reports in total published throughout this week, with each covering off a different element of the business energy revolution:

The summary reports were developed from SPARK! An event held exclusively for edie’s Energy Leaders Club on 1 November in Birmingham. The event saw energy managers from a wide range of businesses take part in five collaborative roundtables, covering off each of the above topics.

Each SPARK! report summaries the roundtable discussion that took place on the day, and also includes expert analysis and real-life case studies along with industry viewpoints and key facts and stats relating to the topic.
