Later, we hear from Emily Penn, co-founder of eXXpedition – a community interest company carrying out all-women voyages exploring the global impact of ocean plastic pollution. Finally, Dr Abigail Stevenson, Director at the Mars Global Food Safety Center (GFSC), dials in to offer her views on women in science and STEM careers.
